Okay, I have to get this out of my system before I do anything... AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHCRAPCRAPCRAP! Thank you. Like I said before, I'm always criticizing myself, but look at the bright side, I can draw better than ten years ago.
Okays the story behind this one is I was at church last Sunday, yes Easter Sunday, and I saw a little girl I babysat a lot last year and we became close friends. I was admiring one of her plastic eggs (she's six), a purple one. Out of the blue just when I was about to leave, she attached herself to me for one last hug and gave me that egg. I now have a purple plastic egg!
So I decided to draw a little picture about my egg, and I just finish an Easter present for my friends [link] . I decided, "Hey I want to celebrate to the world about the wounder of my purple plastic egg," so I drew a picture. I'm planning to make a copy for myself, and give the original to my little friend as a thank you. Hey, even if she's six, she loves to draw with me!
That little sketch is something I drew on another page, because my character actually doesn't have an eye patch, but you never see her other eye half the time. It looked awkward because my conscious was like "Stupid Clock Lady, there has to be an eye there!" But it was to late, so I just put an eye patch on and called it good. Knowing my friend, she'll love it to death and draw little pictures of her doing crazy stuff I would never imagine her doing. Like flying with fishes while eating ice cream.
Some people have been asking me about this stuff so I decided to gather all information in one single article on how to make your own portfolio, in a profesional and clean looking way. I hope it's useful, because these steps I myself take.
DeviantArt is full of extremely well produced artistic fashion and fine art photographs. Make up. Styling. Creation of scenery. Story. Light. Glamour. A combination of these expressions sometimes make up a great photograph. But the protagonists of these pictures are usually female.
So... now it's the time for male models to come into focus.

`karemelancholia is one of the most genuine deviants you could ever met. Always active and a true deviantART cheerleader and supporter in every aspect. You can always count on her to lend a hand or get involved, and you usually will find her doing large amounts of both at any given moment. She's consistently reports on contests around dA, showcases the efforts of her fellow artists and shows her charitable side through various activities. Besides all of this, she's a truly talented artist which is why she's an obvious choice for deviousness this month. Read More
